How your InstaBidder site works, screen by screen, and what every setting does.
Your InstaBidder site gives every seller who lands on your website an offer for their car in about a minute, texts them on your behalf, and gives your team one place to work the quotes, book the pickups and set the prices.
These pages explain each screen on your site and every setting on it. The help icon beside a setting on your dashboard opens the same paragraph you'll find here.
Opening these pages
Open them from Docs at the foot of your dashboard's sidebar, or the open book in its top bar. They open on your own site, so the links here can take you straight to your screens.
When you're signed in, an article about a screen has Open in your site under its title, and a setting's heading has Change it beside it. Both open that screen on your site. Signed out, the pages read the same without them.
Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) to search every article.
Where to start

Who can change what
Only an Admin can change settings, invite people, run setup or turn texts on. Staff work quotes, messages and pickups, and see the settings read-only.
Everyone who signs in can open every screen except Users and Setup. Roles has the details.
